Coaching

Why Work with me?

I’ve spent two decades as a peacebuilding professional working in conflict affected environments. I know the pressures and challenges that can prevent actors from making a lasting impact.

I also understand how the nature of international aid and peace practice is evolving, and the demands this can create on aid actors to adapt and learn in ways that often go beyond technical know-how and solutions.

My coaching is geared to support global professionals to lead and thrive in the face of complexity, volatility and change.

My practice is grounded in mindfulness and somatic awareness; as well as an adept ability to listen for the values and assumptions that give shape to experience.

My commitment as a coach is to show up fully present, and to create a space where you can slow down and engage deeply with the issues and questions that matter most to you.

I work with both individuals and groups to:

  • Unlock fresh ways to perceive and overcome stubborn problems

  • Amplify creativity and resourcefulness in challenging circumstances

  • Uncover limiting assumptions and unconscious bias

  • Act with greater alignment of body, heart and mind

  • Test new ways of thinking, being and acting

The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.
